These are just a few of the questions you need to ask yourself.
1. Come and visit the park. Jean will take you to all the available plots.
2. We will meet you at the manufacturer of your choice and go and look at all the various options: choice on style of windows, doors, kitchens, furniture and furnishing and colour through out.
3. When you have decided what you would like and put your order in you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit on your new home. Lead times will vary.
4. Insure your home - speak to Jean if you do not know who to insure with and she can let you have some information.
