If you have space can we bring our own home onto the parks? No, you can buy an park home which is for sale on the park already or if we have any plots available we can arrange for you to go to the manufacturer and buy a new park home through us. Please see our step by step guide.

Can I have pets? Yes, but you need to ask permission from the Park Owner. Please see our park rules.
Can I buy a plot? No you can rent a plot and the fees range from £74/month to £114.00/month depending on the size of plot you have.
What costs have I got? Water and Sewerage paid directly to the utility. Electricity is individually metered to each home. Gas mains are paid direct to the utility or to Gas cylinders direct to the company. The Council Tax bands fall into Council Tax Band A.
Is there an age limit at the park? Yes you need to be over 50
Can I get a mortgage? There are some mortgages available with some specialist companies
